An open letter to SSHA Parents

We received this letter from one of our newer coaches who asked us to share it with all the parents out there who are unsure of how, or if, they can help. Maybe you are sitting on the fence about if you have the time, the skills or even the knowledge to participate. Despite COVID, this year more than ever the kids need your help to make our 45th season the best we can for them.

We are an all-volunteer run co-ed hockey association based in Guelph, Ontario operating since 1975. Since that time we have been providing a fun, nurturing, positive hockey experience for kids aged 4 to 17 in the city of Guelph, Ontario. We offer a structured hockey league that is focused on skill development, team play, and most of all fun.
