Why do we require payment in full for the waiting list?
In past years when we had not insisted on payment to hold a spot, the waiting list would get deceptively long. When offered a position, often many of the candidates had already changed their mind without notifying us and then opted to decline. As a result we were often left with vacant spots because others who were perhaps more interested had declined to apply due to the length of the wait list. We want to ensure there is a degree of commitment by those on the waiting list. This payment is FULLY refundable if we are unable to provide you with a spot by September 30th, see our refund policy below.
When must payment be made?
During Closed Registration, in order to guarantee your spot for the next season, payment must be received before the end of the closed period. Failure to pay during Closed Registration will result in the loss of your spot for the next year. Should you still wish to participate, you will need to register during the Open Registration period and will be subject to our first come, first served policy.
During the Open Registration Period all payments must be made within 7 days of completing your registration. If payment is not received within the prescribed time frame your spot will not be held and may be given to the next registrant or waitlist candidate.
Who should complete the online Registration?
Participants MUST be registered by the player's parent or legal guardian.
Please review ALL information before completing the online registration process. Please take note of our Refund Policy, listed below. Ensure that you have read and understood the registration waivers, as you are required to acknowledge that you have done so during registration.
