Saturday December 3, 2022
- Food Drive / Team Challenge - 8am - 6pm - West End Rec Centre (WERC) Lions Lair (beside Rink 1 Entrance)
- Player Photos - 9:40am-3:30pm - West End Rec Centre (WERC) Community Room 2 (Link to photo schedule)
- Food and Beverage at various times - between WERC Rink 1 and Rink 2 (see detailed schedule)
- Coaches Games - 7:30-9:00pm - WERC Rink1
Sunday December 4, 2022
- Food Drive / Team Challenge - 8am - 4pm - WERC Lions Lair
- Food and Beverage at various times - between WERC Rink 1 and Rink 2
- Championship Games - WERC Rink 1 - U18 @ 9:30am, U14 @ 10:30am, U12 @ 11:30am
- Family Skate - 3:30-5:00pm - WERC Rink 1 - no sticks or pucks allowed, slower pace
- Family Skate - 4:00-5:00pm - WERC Rink 2 - sticks and pucks allowed, intended for a faster pace
