Coaches - We need you!
We are now less than one month from starting the SSHA season, and we urgently need more parents to volunteer as coaches, particularly in our younger (U8 and U10) divisions. All volunteer coaches are required to obtain a vulnerable sector check (VSC) before stepping on the ice with the kids, which often takes 4-6 weeks. Given this timing, we are looking to see more parents register to help coach ASAP.
We simply need more volunteer coaches to run our program effectively. No coaching experience is necessary (although an asset), and we are committed to providing as much support as needed to make your coaching experience a fun and rewarding one.
